Nikki Reed

No disrespect to Evan Rachel Wood, but wasn't Nikki Reed supposed to be the breakout star from Thirteen? Not only did she totally nail her role as bad girl Evie, but she also was the one who wrote the movie -- while she was still a teenager! Plus, Thirteen marked her first time ever acting in front of the camera. So what gives? She's much more than just Ryan's guest-starring girlfriend on The O.C.. Unfortunately, she was booted from Reaper after the original pilot episode was shot and replaced with Missy Peregrym (director Kevin Smith said they needed someone more "girl-next-door"). But regardless, Nikki plays a mean lil' devil, that's for sure.
