Fall Flava: Max in Across The Universe (in theatres Friday, Sept. 14).

James McAvoy was the main male star of Becoming Jane, but another British up-and-comer who caught our eye, Joe Anderson! (He played Henry Austen.) No worries though -- Joe will have his time to shine with Across The Universe, in which he stars as Evan Rachel Wood's brother, Max, who gets drafted to fight in Vietnam. (The movie's actually pretty perfect for Joe -- he plays guitar!) Also on Joe's agenda is The Ruins with Jena Malone and Shawn Ashmore, as well as Talking with Dog with John Cusack. (Star parts for this shooting star!) Yup, there's no doubt we'd go "across the universe" for a date with this blond hottie!
