Jordin's no longer the new kid on the block! She's not a seasoned vet (yet), but with an album under her belt, 2008 will surely be a better year for her. Her sweet deposition with her powerful voice is a combo that can't fail. She might not be following the steps of other American Idols like Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson but, she's slowly getting there. She won't be doing any movies or putting out signature scents, but she'll be spending a ton of time on her sophomore album. Wait for it -- you can expect a fresher sound, with her own personal touch on the songs.

ORLANDO BLOOM

He's been acting for eons, but Orlando might bring something new and totally fresh to the table in 2008. He once co-produced a movie in 2004, so maybe that's a sign of things to come. Cappy's naturally have really strong leadership abilities and demand and captivate attention wherever he goes. That explains his star power, but apparently it's only getting bigger. Even though he doesn't have movies lined for the coming year, that's only because he's got other projects he's cooking up. He's been evasively linked to a few starlet's in 2007, but 2008 might be the year he falls hard for a girl. Cappy's are loyal once they're in love; it just takes for them to get there. And looks like, this is the year for Orlando.
