Welcome to Alloy Acoustic! We've invited some awesome musicians to rock out at the Alloy offices in New York, and we're giving you the exclusive videos and pics! (Pretty sweet, huh?)

To kick it off, we got up-and-coming songstress Marion Raven to stop by. Don't worry if her name doesn't ring a bell -- you might remember this Norwegian rocker as half of pop group M2M. (In fact, Alloy readers were asked name for the duo back in 1999, and you guys came up with moniker!)

Now, this 22-year-old is setting out on a solo career that's growing by the minute. She's kind of a big deal in Asia, where her debut album, Here I Am, was a top 10 hit. Her US debut, Set Me Free is slated for release on July 24. (Be on the lookout for her "Falling Away" music video, featuring her BF, pro snowboarder Andreas Wiig!) With elegant vocals set against hard rock melodies, Marion is a rare talent -- just remember that you saw her here first!
