Janey Hair

What's it like to be 16 and CEO of your own company? Just ask Janey Hair. Frustrated with makeup that was too expensive or too grown-up, she created Rosey Pink Cosmetics, a line for teens that promotes self-esteem and individuality. It's a family business, but Janey handles the big decisions, like selecting the products, packaging, and colors. (We love Lip Sparklettes, her glittery gloss.) On top of her work, she's a junior in high school, an All Star Cheerleader, and a National Honor Society member. But don't peg her as The O.C.'s Taylor Townsend. Janey's role models are Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Scope this business babe now!
