5. Fleet Foxes, Fleet Foxes: I kept seeing the CD at Starbucks, but I never give them a shot. After I heard 25 seconds of "Blue Ridge Mountains," it was all I needed.

4. Shugo Tokumaru, Exit: I was so excited to stumble upon Shugo randomly online one day. Probably my most favorite find this year.

3. MGMT, Oracular Spectacular: Anytime we're in the van, at least one of the songs from this album is sure to be played.

2. Coldplay, Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends: I definitely saw some major growth with Chris Martin's lyrics.

1. Sigur Rós, Með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust: I don't think I need to even say why I love this album. Beautiful like any other album they've done.
