Jessica Smith

You Know Her From: Laguna Beach.

Between seasons one and two of Laguna, Jessica made the leap from supporting cast member/Dieter's GF to main character. (Being part of Kristin Cavallari's clique and dating Jason Wahler has its perks!) After graduating from high school, she went to Saddleback Community College to get a degree in teaching. In 2006, she was hired by Let's Go travel guides as their spokesperson. It was a pretty sweet gig -- she got to travel to Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, and London and blog about her experiences. But then, in March 2007, she reappeared from reality TV obscurity when she was arrested for felony DUI in California after she rear-ended another vehicle. She later pled guilty to misdemeanor drunk driving, for which she received three years probation and was also ordered to perform 80 hours of community service and pay $1,300 in fines. Yeah, we doubt anyone's gonna want her to be their spokesperson now…
