The Old: Saved By the Bell
This lighthearted comedy had a little something for everybody. Let's recap the old gang: Zack, the heartthrob; Slater, the jock; Jessie, the brain; Lisa, the fashionista; Kelly, the cheerleader; and Screech, the nerd. We watched this show so religiously; it almost feels like we attended Bayside High.

The New: Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide
Just like SBTB, the show was primarily shot in a school and has the main character (Ned) "break the fourth wall" and talk directly to the audience. Plus, Simon is so Screech. If Saved By the Bell had the technology, we could totally see Screech with a motherboard in his locker just like Simon! Speaking of technology, how hilarious is the cellie that Zack used to tote around school? It was the size of a brick!
