Who would have ever thought that Usher, the singer made famous by taking his shirt off, would be such a busy man? September was especially busy for the newlywed. Not only did he launch his signature fragrances, but he also gave a speech for Barack Obama at the Presidential candidate's political rally at the Georgia World Congress Center.
