Well, at least Paris has something to fall back on! While Nicole is popping out Joel Madden's baby, Paris will be starring in musical, Repo! The Genetic Opera along with Alexa Vega. Yes, the woman who gave us "Stars Are Blind" will sing in the "futuristic thriller," whose musical numbers range from opera to rock, Variety reports. In the movie, which takes place in 2056, a plague hits the planet and only a costly organ transplant can save the human race from being wiped out. "I have auditioned at least 30 actresses for this role," says the film's director, Darren Lynn Bousman. "Paris came in and owned it. She is this role." Echoes producer Carl Mazzocone, "We saw many actresses for the role, and Paris sang it better than all of them." C'mon, guys -- she doesn't need more encouragement!
