Mosh pits at concerts can be dangerous, but did you ever think you'd get hurt at a Beyoncé show? Well, two fans suffered minor injuries at B's recent concert in St. Louis after pyrotechnics meant for the stage fell into the front row, the Associated Press reports. (Check the video here.) Concerned about her fans, Beyoncé paid a 45 minute visit to the hospital emergency room, where they were taken directly after the incident. "She was just very concerned about the people injured in the audience," head nurse, Darryl Williams says. "It was unannounced and we kept it very low-key so that she could spend time with them…I just thought it was a great thing for someone of her stature to do." So do we!
