We all know that Jason's a bad boy (just look at all his run-ins with the law!). But we're bummed to hear this hottie also has a temper around his GFs. Rumors of him being violent toward Alex M. while they were dating surfaced a couple years ago. And now, the word is that in between filming for The Hills, L.C. and Heidi had to ban him from their apartment building (after he got aggressive with L.C.)! Hopefully, Jason's new GF, Nikki Dowers, will fare better. 'Cuz if Jason mistreats her, we're sure her big bro Tyler -- who's Jason's friend, and Kyndra's ex -- will kick his butt… all the way back to Heidi's ex, Jordan's apartment, where he's currently crashing with BFF Andy Milonakis.
