Paris' Plea

Nicole Richie isn't the only Simple Life star who got a DUI in 2006. Remember Paris, the margarita, and her rush to In-N-Out Burger back in September? Well, the heiress has finally had to come to blows with the charge -- or at least her "people" have. Paris, who has pleaded not guilty to the charges, wasn't at her hearing today -- her attorney entered the plea for her. (We wouldn't expect any less.) Still, Paris will have to be present on January 23, when her case will be heard in court. No doubt she's out shopping for a "respectable" looking outfit as we speak.
