We took a stab at what we think our fave celebs should picked as their New Year's resolutions, but apparently, Britney Spears had something else in mind. When Extra asked her what her resolution was, she said, "Stop biting my nails. Just to take care of me more." She must've forgotten about that 'cause she wasn't exactly mindful of her health at her New Year's Eve party in Las Vegas -- she passed out in the middle of the party, allegedly from drinking too much, and had to be carried out. (Her reps counter that she was just "tired.") Way to ring in 2007, Britster!
