Saying sorry isn't that hard, is it? Well, it must be because these celebs sure haven't mastered the art of apology. Even with all the faux pas and "oops"-es that these celebs make, they still can't muster up proper props for their fans. We don't blame these stars for making mistakes (heck, we slip up all the time!), but these empty promises and silly excuses are laughable.
