Spotted: Ed Westwick taking home Choice TV Villain for his portrayal of the always scheming, always extravagant and always purple Chuck Bass on Gossip Girl. Was this even a competition? Blair would have rigged it from the start even if Chuck weren't the baddest boy on TV. And as for Ed Westwick's acceptance speech? He seemed even harder to get with that hot British accent.
