Alloy: How was making an album different than your other projects?
Paris: On The Simple Life, I'm playing a character -- I'm having fun and joking around. But this is something I really seriously worked hard on. It's been a dream of mine since I was six. I play piano and violin, so to finally have my record out is exciting.

Alloy: Your Mom says that you used to pretend to be a singer when you were a kid. What was your favorite song to belt out?
Paris: "Material Girl" [by] Madonna. She's an amazing woman.
