Degrassi: The Next Generation

We've been hooked on the Degrassi series since our 7th grade health teacher made us watch the first generation to learn about sex and drugs. (We remember when Emma was conceived!) So in our eyes, Degrassi always rocks. But can someone tell us why they had to send Craig to Vancouver? And, not to mention, why he's dating Manny? C'mon, everyone knows that Craig and Ellie are meant for each other! They'd be like Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale -- a match made in rock star heaven!
