What have your family and friends been saying about you on the show?
"You're not that mean in real life!" I've been having my past interns emailing me saying "Why are they doing this? You're not that mean!"

Do you think that you ever gave Olivia a fair chance?
On the first episode, I did say if she loses the attitude I'm game. But you see us on The Today Show, where she tells me to go and do it myself. So I think it started off on the wrong foot and it was hard to get back on track.

What's been your most embarrassing moment on film?
Eating my feelings at the Cobra Starship dinner. Eating the bread basket. That was really embarrassing.
