Is Fantasia Livin' in a Fantasy World?

Geez, talk about baby mama drama to the tenth power. According to People, the producers of American Idol are pissed at Fantasia Barrino for implying in her new Lifetime TV movie, Fantasia: Life is Not a Fairytale that they pressured her to drop out of the contest because she was a bad role model to teens since she was a high school dropout and an unwed mother. "We knew she had a baby right from Day One, and she was always strongly tipped to win the competition because she was so good," Idol executive producer Ken Warwick insists to the New York Post. "I can absolutely refute that nothing was done, or even remotely suggested to her that she shouldn't take part in the competition. It's a complete fabrication." While Fantasia ain't commenting, she did tell the press at this year's Television Critics Association meeting that, "I went through all those things. I'm thankful that I was able to do it."
