So you're finished the Twilight series and need a new book to keep you up at night. If you can wait 'til summer, you won't be sorry. Lauren Conrad's first book, L.A. Candy, is set to hit shelves June 16! It's not exactly a tell-all book by The Hills star, but it is a thinly veiled "fictional" story of a 19-year-old named Jane Roberts who is in L.A. for an internship with her BFF Scarlett. The friends are approached by a producer who wants them to be on a reality show. Sound familiar yet? The book synopsis says it's about "what it's like to come of age in Hollywood while starring in a reality TV show, written by a girl who has experienced it all firsthand."
