Miley plans on taking over the house of one really lucky fan and broadcasting the performance on MTV on December 31. The winning fan will be "someone who spent 2008 helping to improve the lives of others," according to Us. First, Miley will surprise the fan by showing up on her doorstep, and then they'll spend the day hanging out and attending events for the fan's fave charity. Make your beds, girls, because Miley's performance, as well as Metro Station's, will be broadcast straight out of the lucky fan's bedroom!
