A source close to the sitch says that it seems likely that T.R.'s contract will be broken and he will be able to leave, according to People. Why would George want to say byebye after all these years? "Have you seen the show lately?" the source says, probably referring to the ongoing ghost-drama between Izzie and Denny, and George's lack of material.
