Could a real life actress be joining the cast of The Hills? Maybe, if things go well for Brody Jenner's BFF Doug Reinhardt! He's been linked to Lauren Conrad, Stephanie Pratt, and Holly Montag in the past, but now he's been seen getting cozy with non-Hills native Amanda Bynes!

The pair was spotted together out in Hollywood last week and at a romantic dinner, E! reports. If Doug was too boring for Lauren on The Hills, how could he entertain Amanda? She'd been dating Seth MacFarlane, "smartest person in TV," according to Entertainment Weekly, and Doug's time off from minor league baseball doesn't exactly compare.
