A typical teenager would be sent to her room after a fight with her 'rents, but Miley Cyrus is taking her parental problems to the next level. She is reportedly in discussions with her attorney about filing a Petition of Emancipation against her parents, (which is basically divorcing her parents like Jenny wanted to do on Gossip Girl), after getting in some heated arguments over her "friend," 20-year-old model Justin Gaston. Now, Miley wants total control over her career, finances, and decisions. "[Billy Ray] thinks Justin is a bit of a mooch and doesn't want him taking advantage of Miley," a source tells Star magazine. Miley was reportedly left in tears after a recent fight with her pops. "She's totally crazy about him and isn't letting him go anywhere," the source says. "Miley told her dad to back off. She is sick of him trying to hold her down, and feels she is old enough to make her own decisions."
