Being crowned People magazine's Sexist Man Alive isn't something to scoff at! But being initiated into the long line of Sexiest Men comes with some strings attached, as Hugh Jackman has learned. Former title-holder George Clooney picked up the phone to let Hugh know that the title doesn't come without some hazing. "George Clooney rang me at two in the morning," Hugh tells People. "I was half asleep and I said to him, 'Ah, George, sweetie, good to hear from you. He goes 'Shut up, Jackman! I know what you did! You started this big campaign that's been going on and [you] took the title away from me.'" Was Hugh offended by George's accusations? "I thought that was unnecessary," Hugh said sarcastically.
How does Hugh's fam react to news of his new accolade? "[My dad] said to me, 'I can't really talk to you about being sexy. It's a little weird,'" Hugh says. "Mind you, I'm still waiting for the birds and the bees pitch from him. That hasn't happened either!" Congrats, Hugh! You totally deserve it.
