The scene outside the Hot Topic store in San Francisco's Stonestown Galleria this morning was just as scary as being swarmed by a bunch of vampires! Twilight star Robert Pattinson was scheduled to do a signing at the store, but officials underestimated the amount of fans that would show up. According to TMZ, the crowd was nearly 10 times larger than event officials had prepared for and consisted of roughly 3,000 anxious fans. The signing turned into a mob scene when pushing caused several people to fall under the crush. One girl reportedly broke her nose and another fainted due to the stampede of seemingly bloodthirsty fans trying to get a glimpse of Robert!
