What would you do if your school had a surprise A-list visitor? The students at John Philip Sousa Middle School 142 in the Bronx could definitely tell you all about it!

They were graced by Britney Spears' presence on Wednesday! She was there to present a $10,000 check to be used as an endowment for the school's year-old music program donated by Elizabeth Arden, who is behind Brit's fragrances.

Britney was greeted by the Sousatones, the school's eight-piece band. The director told Brit, "When you're ready to take us on the road for an opening act, we're ready." She responded, "You'll be the first people I call."
