Do you love Twilight? Do you love Jack's Mannequin? Well, you're in luck! It seems Twilight author Stephenie Meyer is set to direct Jack's Mannequin's new video for "The Resolution," the first single off their upcoming album, The Glass Passenger. Sadly though, there will be no vampires in the vid. "Yeah, there are no vampires in the treatment. There may be a mermaid, but I'm not sure. I don't want to give away too much, because we're letting [Stephenie] run with her vision. ... I mean, I will say there's a good amount of water in the video and ... what else can I say?" he tells MTV News. "It's cool. It's not some sort of exposé on my life. ... It's nice to know we're going to make a video for the sake of making a video. [We're] making something that's kind of fantastic and different and exciting but isn't about the song specifically, and it isn't about me specifically." Whatever they come up with, we're pretty sure it won't bite.
