Just Be Yourself

Lauren Conrad recently told Entertainment Tonight that The Hills is real because she's not a good enough actress to pull it off. "I tried [acting] when I first moved to LA," said. "I took a couple of classes. Awful. Any opportunity you have to make fun of yourself I think is fun to do, but acting is an art and I don't think I have a talent there."

But that's not stopping TV shows from hiring her! Not only will she play herself on the season finale of Greek this October ("It's a dream sequence in which Casey and LC are best friends," series creator Sean Smith tells Entertainment Weekly. "Casey has a big decision she has to make, and she's like, 'LC, what do I do? Advise me!'"), but she's also filming a guest spot for the new CW series, Privileged, which is based on Zoey Dean's novel How To Teach Filthy Rich Girls. In the series' October 7 eppie, Lauren will again play herself, this time attending an out-of-control party.

Hmm, maybe she can ask her new BF, Kyle Howard from My Boys, for some tips…
