The flick centers upon a CIA officer accused by a renegade of being a Russian sleeper spy who must elude capture long enough to establish his (now her) innocence. And although the script for the movie was being passed around A-list male movie stars, Angie read it, liked it, and wanted to do it, Variety reports. Naturally, the script will need a bit of rewriting to make Edwin a woman (Edwina, perhaps?), but sources say the project won't need much refurbishing to fit Angie.
