Beyonce "Crazy in Love"; Not Crazy Engaged
Don't go buying Beyonce Knowles a wedding gift just yet. The rumors about her and Jay-Z getting hitched aren't true, and no, she isn't firing her dad either. In an interview with Vanity Fair, B. says she's totally all up in her man (including singing about getting his slippers and fixing baths for him), but that doesn't mean she's ready for a ring -- yet. "I grew up," Beyoncé explains about her long-term gig as Jay-Z's main squeeze. "I feel it's still very strong, because in order to be a strong woman, you have to have a strong man. There's nothing wrong with women doing for their man if their man deserves it and he does the same for you." Meanwhile, she's also tired of hearing about what a jerk her dad is in the press, (and no, her parents aren't getting a divorce), but she is all about being a good auntie these days. "[My nephew is] a good baby, and he's the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life, I love him to death," she gushes. "But yesterday I got up at four in the morning, I did the TV show, and I thought, since he's leaving tomorrow, I have to see him. So the time I should have been asleep, I was watching him. I played, I had the stroller, and I was like, 'I don't know how my sister does it.'" (Um, we're pretty sure it has something to do with the fact that big sis is filthy freakin' rich and can afford to hire her a full-time nanny!)
