Meanwhile, Anne Hathaway can't seem to escape her con-man ex, Raffaello Follieri. FBI agents recently confiscated her private journals during a raid on Raffaello's apartment, sources tell the New York Daily News. Despite being in jail, "Raffaello has been trying to call her all the time," a pal of the actress says, so in an attempt to shake him, "she's changed her numbers so he can't reach her."
While he's wasting away in jail, Raffaello has been playing the blame game, saying that Anne (who hasn't been charged with any crime) might have helped to put him in jail. Say what?! "He was in Europe, working on a deal," a source says. "He didn't have to come back to New York. He knew he was being investigated. But she kept calling him, saying they needed to resolve their future. A few days after his return, he was arrested." (Anne's rep wouldn't comment on "nonsense" and "false assumptions.") Good thing she got smart and dumped his butt!
