Britney is making strides in getting her career back on track, but it's not good enough to get her kids back just yet. She and Kevin Federline have settled their custody battle to avoid a messy trial, with K-Fed getting sole custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, and Britney getting visitation rights. "Kevin was not [out] to get custody. Kevin's goal was to set up some kind of template so the mother of his children can co-parent," K-Fed's lawyer tells E! News. "He said I need to have Britney to be involved in the co-parenting of the kids but I need there to be a structure…Kevin is absolutely delighted." When all this started, who would've thought it would've ended up like this?! Still, this doesn't mean Britney will never get partial custody: "Custody is always modifiable," he explains. We hope so -- she's doing so well!
