Madonna is no stranger to controversy, and her latest scandal is no skin off her back. In fact, she's reportedly "loving" the attention she's getting from allegations that she and Alex Rodriguez had an affair, an insider tells Page Six. She even plans on attending today's All-Star game at Yankee Stadium, where A-Rod will be playing! "She doesn't care about the press it will get -- she loves it," the source says. "It just gets her more publicity for her upcoming Sticky and Sweet tour." The buzz doesn't seem to bother Madge's hubby, Guy Ritchie either: "Cynthia [Rodriguez]'s claims don't bother Guy," a friend of the couple says. "He and Madonna have an unconventional marriage and are fine with it. He is obsessed with his work and so is she. They are not planning on divorcing."

But while Madonna is fine with speculation about an extramarital affair, she isn't keen on the allegations in her brother Christopher Ciccone's new book, Life With My Sister Madonna that she's a spiteful, greedy woman who owes him tens of thousands of dollars. According to gossip blog Jossip, Madge's rep told The Insider and Entertainment Tonight that if Christopher's scheduled appearances weren't canceled, Madonna would never be a guest on their shows again. We guess even the most attention-seeking celebs have their limits -- and aren't afraid to wield their power to enforce 'em.
