"It's 9-9 -- she's into nines this year," he says. "We hope it's a wonderful joy. It feels really good. She is extremely happy." Die-hard Jess fans will be stoked to know that the video for the album's first single, "Come on Over," will debut on her website tomorrow, and then on CMT next week. Yee haw!
