We admit it: we kind of love mocking Paris Hilton (It's just too easy!). But we've gotta give her props when props are due, and now is one of those times. Paris recently gave an "extremely generous" donation toward the construction of a 460,000-sq.-ft. Childrens Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases at the Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, the pediatric facility's officials told the Associated Press. "The children I have met through my involvement with Childrens Hospital have truly touched my heart," Paris said in a statement. "I am proud to make a donation and lend my name to the fundraising effort to help children who are facing terribly serious illnesses."
Interestingly enough, the donation was made nearly a year to the day that Paris got out of jail and told Larry King on Larry King Live that she wanted to "help raise money for kids and for breast cancer and multiple sclerosis," as part of becoming a better person after getting out of jail.
Bravo, Paris!
