Miley Cyrus is proud of her new angry breakup song, "7 Things." "The word 'hate' could describe how angry I am," she told Ryan Seacrest yesterday morning on his radio show of the song, which she wrote while she was alone on her tour bus. "[It goes] through all the different stages of what's been going on the past couple years. It was like a little therapy moment for me." And while she says the song isn't about a certain former BF (ahem, Nick Jonas), she says, "I want them to be upset. That was my point. I was a little worried, but I'm excited that I just did it." Uh, then who is "them," Miley?

Miley also denies that she's dating one of her backup dancers. "No way," she says. "We're all best friends, just really close and goofing around." Isn't that what she said about Nick? Either way, hooking up with a backup dancer isn't the best way to go. Just ask Britney!
