Sophia Bush, who's usually pretty quiet about her relationships, has officially announced that she and Jon Foster are dunzo. In fact, they "broke up, like, a year ago," she tells Us Weekly. But there's no bad blood between the former lovebirds, who hooked up on the set of horror flick, Stay Alive. "We are really good friends. We keep in touch, and we love each other to death," Sophia says. "You can love somebody, and not be in love with them, and I think that was a really valuable lesson. We weren't ready to get married, but it definitely doesn't mean we don't care about each other."

But that doesn't mean Sophia's looking for a replacement. "The only two men I have time for are Barack Obama and my trainer," she says. "So those are my relationships." Why does Sophia dig Obama? "I love that he is the first politician who doesn't feel like a politician," she says. "Senator Obama is the one person who's saying, 'We can change everything -- but it can't just be me, and it can't just be you.'" Uh oh!
