Uh oh! A freak Ferris wheel accident happened on the Tennessee set of Hannah Montana: The Movie yesterday. Witnesses tell TMZ that high winds blew a huge piece of lighting equipment into a Ferris wheel full of extras. Cables from the Ferris wheel went haywire and injured a few people, who were treated for minor injuries. Miley Cyrus had just finished a scene on the stage next to the Ferris wheel when it all went down, so she wasn't injured. But don't worry, Hannah Montana fans! A Disney spokesperson reports that filming has resumed.
