Lots of Lohan news this morning!

Remember a few weeks ago when some girl accused Lindsay of stealing her mink coat and demanded she pay $10,000 as a "rental fee" for it? Well, now she's suing LiLo, according to the Associated Press.

And Lindsay's lil' sis Ali is speaking out on beeyatches she's faced. "A little while ago ... a couple of girls in school made up a video of me and put it up on YouTube," Ali tells People. "They used disgusting words. Like if my mom ever heard me say that stuff, I'd be grounded for life! ... They're disgusting kids. I got really aggravated." The mean girls got what was coming to them -- they were suspended! Still, she doesn't think Lindsay's the only reason she was picked on. "I don't think it's just because of my sister and who she is," she says. "I think it happens to all the other girls out there, because girls are just mean. It doesn't happen with guys. When I asked [my little brother] Cody, he was like, 'No. Guys don't care!'" And while Ali doesn't have to deal with those kinds of haters anymore (she's home-schooled now to accommodate her work schedule), she's not totally in the clear -- we think tabloid journalists can be just as cruel!
