Bo's Not-So Merry Christmas

We hate to be a grinch right before the holidays, but we thought we'd just feed ya a little gossip to tide ya over until we come back next week. We know you all have been biting your nails, nervously awaiting Ashlee Simpson's recovery from "exhaustion," but in the meantime, how's about sending some love to American Idol hottie, Bo Bice? The poor guy should be celebrating his new album release this week, but instead he was rushed to the hospital over the weekend after coughing up blood, People.com reports. "In what appears to be a complication from a previous surgery, Bo was rushed to the hospital yesterday," a rep from his label says. "[Bo] is doing fine and is returning home for treatment." While some of Bo's friends and fam are concerned he could be really sick, an insider close to the singer says that's the least of his worries. "Bo is really bummed. His record is just coming out and he was so excited to perform," they explain. Bo baby, take a break! We were totally impressed when you kept performin' with a broken foot, but let's not go crazy.
