Singers Smooch on New Year's Eve
You may still be making last-minute New Year's plans, but Ryan Cabrera knows who he'll kiss at midnight. At the 2005 Radio Music Awards, the spikey-haired singer told Teen People he'll be hanging out with his current girlfriend, Lisa Origliasso, of the pop band, The Veronicas. Lisa and her identical twin sis, Jess, released their debut album in October, and met Ryan when they kicked off their tour by opening for the sentimental singer. Turns out Ry-Ry had more in common with them than just music. Upon meeting the girls, Ryan exclaimed, "Wow, you guys are more hyper than me!" (Hard to believe, huh?) Ryan and Lisa plan to party it up at The Veronicas' home in Australia on December 31st, and 2006 will see the two collaborating on more lovey-dovey projects: Rumors have it that Lisa might star in Ryan's new video. Sounds like paradise, except while Ryan gushed about his hottie GF at the award show, poor little Ashlee Simpson was holed up in a hospital recovering from exhaustion. But don't worry, Ash, Ryan says he wishes you a speedy recovery.
