Rumors have been going around that Lindsay Lohan has caused major delays on her upcoming album by being uncooperative and blowing off meetings with Timbaland, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. In fact, she wasn't even scheduled to work with him, the producer's rep tells People! (Sources say that "Lindsay would love to work with him" though.)

Things are on track for the album, which marks Lindsay's third. "She already has four songs [completed]," an insider says. "It'll be a fall release and they're looking to sneak a single to radio this summer." Echoes a spokesperson for LiLo's label: "Recent reports about Lindsay Lohan and the status of her upcoming album are completely and factually untrue. What is true is that she continues to be extremely focused and hard at work on the project. And as a company, we are looking forward to releasing the album when she is done."
