The expecting couple brought their brood to Namibia for the birth of daughter Shiloh Nouvel in 2006; this time, their country of choice is France for the birth of babies five (and possibly six). Angie has allegedly had "long conversations" with the American Hospital of Paris about delivering there, a hospital source tells Us Weekly. "Angelina knows all about our reputation," the insider says. "She is certain she'd be happy giving birth here."

As for their accommodations in France, Brangelina has made an offer on an 850-year-old stone house in Eygalieres, located in the country's Provence region. The couple first looked at the $20 million estate last year, but backed off when they learned that Brad wouldn't be able to build a motorbike circuit on the five-acre garden. "As soon as they found out it was now possible, they jumped at the chance," a source says. After all, nothing says new baby like motorbike racing!
