No Kid-ding for Britney

More bad news for Britney! A month and a half since she's seen her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, a judge denied any changes to the current custody agreement between her and ex-hubby K-Fed yesterday.

Here's the weird part: K-Fed actually wants Britney to have visitation rights as long as her parents are present, TMZ reports. "Both sides want to see the day that visitation can resume. It is a question of working out details on how that can happen. Mr. Federline looks forward to his children having their mom in their life," Kevin's lawyer told the press after the hearing. "[For now, Kevin] is doing everything that he can to make up for the fact that the boys are with him and keeping family around and trying to have them not aware that there's any change whatsoever. He's doing great at being a parent."

As for Kevin's acting career (we all saw him take that punch on One Tree Hill last week!), he's "evaluating two or three [acting opportunities] right now, and he'll decide shortly which one he wants to put his energy into," his lawyer says. "Regardless, it won't require him to be away from his children on any extensive basis."

Hmm, we think playing stay-at-home dad is enough of a role for Kevin these days…
