Uncle Sam doesn't care whether or not you've been nominated for a Grammy Award -- if you're Amy Winehouse, you're not coming in to the US. The singer's visa has been denied, TMZ reports, and so she will not be attending Sunday's ceremony, at which she could potentially pick up six awards. "Amy has been progressing well since entering a rehabilitation clinic two weeks ago and although disappointed with the decision has accepted the ruling and will be concentrating on her recovery," her rep says.
But she will be performing at the award show, thanks to the spoils of modern technology. No, she won't be tele-transported or something out of The Jetsons -- Amy will perform via satellite, Entertainment Weekly reports. She'll also accept her awards via satellite if she wins.
