Things are getting even more complicated for Britney Spears. A judge has upheld her father Jamie as conservator of her $40 million estate until February 14. One of his first orders of business? Serving Britney's friend Sam Lufti with a restraining order, meaning he can't contact her in person, through e-mails, or on the phone. ("It won't last," the all-too optimistic Sam tells Us Magazine. "They're never gonna be able to rule her forever.") Jamie also wanted to fire Britney's divorce attorneys, but he was denied that request. Oh well, you can't win 'em all! (Just ask the New England Patriots…)
