Tom and Katie may be celebrating the birth of their new baby girl, Suri today, but Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are probably wondering if they can send their son back into the womb for safekeeping. According to MSN.com, Brit is considering suing a highchair maker after the recent injury of her son, Sean Preston. "The chair’s back broke," a family insider explains. "She’s going to see if there was a fault in the chair." But according to another insider at In Touch, that's not going to satisfy KFed's ex, Shar Jackson, who seems to think Britney's parenting skills are pretty shady at best. "Shar told Kevin that Britney can't be alone with their kids," says the source. "Shar said that if Kevin wants to see their kids, he and Britney must do it at a hotel. She doesn't know what goes on at their house, and there are too many strangers hanging around." Hey, why not just send Justin Timberlake over to baby-sit? He seems to have a handle on acting all grown-up...unlike a certain back-up dancer husband we know.
