Already a few hours into her second 72-hour committal in less than a month, Britney may be in there for a while longer this time around. Her psychiatrist is reportedly planning to go to the court to have Britney held at the hospital for an additional 14 days, TMZ reports. During this time, he can force her to take her medication, while during the initial 72 hours, he cannot.

Things may also be different this time around because Britney's 'rents may be in charge of her. When she was in the hospital earlier this month, Britney had her lawyers draft paperwork making it clear she did not want her parents involved in making medical decisions on her behalf -- she wanted manager Sam Lufti in charge. Brit's parents Lynne and Jamie are obviously none too thrilled about that, considering they really don't like Sam. But now, doctors at UCLA are now "fully cooperating" with the Spears' in Britney's treatment.

But the Lynne and Jamie's feelings about Brit's BF Adnan Ghalib may be quite different: in a bit of irony, Lynne and skeezy paparazzo drove to the hospital in the same car…
